Your email address, and what we do with it.

Kidbrooke Community is run by GIS Analytics Limited (company number 15093879), which is responsible for the details you give us. You can reach us at hello@kidbrookecommunity.co.uk.

What we collect

If you sign up for the Friday email: your email address, the date and time you signed up, and, if you came from a leaflet in a local shop, which shop’s leaflet (a short code). Nothing else.

Why

To send you the Kidbrooke Community email once a week: local businesses, their news and offers (marked Ad when a business has paid), and what’s on near Kidbrooke. We do this because you asked us to, and you can change your mind at any time.

Where it is kept, and who sees it

On Amazon Web Services in London, and the emails go out through Amazon’s email service. Only the person at GIS Analytics who runs the list can see it. We never sell it or share it, including with the businesses in the email, and we don’t use it for anything else.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If Kidbrooke Community stops, we delete the whole list.

Businesses we list

The directory shows details that businesses publish themselves: name, address and website. If you run one and want yours changed or taken down, email us.

Your rights

• Use the unsubscribe link in any of our emails, or email us, and we will remove you.
• Ask us what we hold about you, or to correct or delete it.
• If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
